ACOUSTIC ROCK & SOUL 

Jack Quigley is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and educator. In addition to his original compositions, Jack honors the great songs he grew up with in the 60’s and 70’s in his own acoustic stylings. Jack can be heard as a solo artist and with Ed Feifert (guitar) and Ron Tripp (bass) in the Bay area. Quigley is also a Music Minister and co-founder at the Center for Spiritual Living Livermore Valley. Jack Quigley is currently the Music Director for the Valley Montessori School in Livermore, CA teaching over 400 children from pre-school through 8th grade.

Jack has played in several bands including: Bones~Quigley, The JackDaddios, The Bonnevilles, The Contra RebelsJack Quigley and His Only Friend (with Scott Tattar), InnerLight, Jacksontowne, Jack Quigley Souled Out!, Rent’s Due and There Goes the Neighborhood.

He was the Music Director for the Celebration Center in Falls Church, VA, provided Wednesday Night Music for the Oakland Center for Spiritual Living, taught at Unity Village and was a vocalist with the Washington Performing Arts Society Men and Women of Mass Gospel Choir; We the People and Mosaic Harmony Gospel choirs.

Jack taught music at the Montessori School of Holmes Run, The Boyd Schools, Naylor Road School and the Annandale United Methodist Church.

He has penned hundreds of songs that has spawned many independent recordings. Jack has received several top songwriting awards from the Songwriters’ Association of Washington, D.C. (SAW). In commemoration of his song “Dallastown,” the Mayor and the people of Dallastown, PA honored him with Jack Quigley Day.

He performed at Music Showcases in Philadelphia, Boston, Memphis, New Orleans and Washington D.C. Quigley received a national award from Billboard Magazine, appeared on national television and toured across the US performing at the Kennedy Center, New Orleans Jazz Festival, Kerrville Folk Festival, Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Monterey Pop Festival, Two Day Town Festival, South Florida Folk Festival, colleges, clubs, coffee houses and even a laundry mat.
